Refund Policy (Digital Products) — Hayley and Kerrie
Effective date: 21 July 2023
1) Overview
Hayley and Kerrie sells digital products (for example: downloadable files, templates, guides, courses, and other digital resources). Because these products are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

2) Change-of-mind refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access delivery, we do not offer refunds for:

change of mind

accidental purchase (unless it’s a duplicate purchase — see below)

not using the product

deciding the product isn’t right for you after download/access

not having the required software/apps to open the file (unless we stated otherwise)
3) When we will help (and when a refund may apply)
We’re big on being fair. If any of the below applies, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion if:

Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

Delivery/access issue: You can’t access or download the product due to a technical problem on our end.

Product not as described / major issue: The product has a major fault or isn’t as described.
4) Download + access support
If you have trouble accessing your digital purchase, please email [your support email] within 7 days of purchase with:

your order number

the email address used at checkout

a screenshot of the issue (if possible)
We’ll respond as quickly as we can and work with you to resolve it (for example, re-sending the file/link or providing an alternate download method).
5) How approved refunds are processed
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
6) Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply and can’t be taken away.
